Peak District

Bank House Farm Campsite, SK17 0EX

This campsite was recommended to us so many times, when looking for somewhere in the Peak District. It’s a beautiful, small site with most EHU points backing onto the river, which is shallow enough to paddle in. Pitches are a great size, with gravel and grass for each. The facilities are super clean and modern and there’s a lovely little shop on site.

In addition there’s a huge field, which is designated for exercising dogs and for children to play. Ours were forever playing in the long grass and rolling down the hills with their new found friends.

There’s a lovely looking pub right opposite the entrance and a picture perfect village just 2 miles down the road.

.

I absolutely adored this site, and the small friendly feel. We will definitely be back.
